Re: RAT BCT for NYC

NYC needs it!  I'm a week old LA transplant to the City and I feel lost 
without BCT.  It's not just a self-promotion platform, and even when it is 
just that it does draw the community closer.  We all know what everybody's 
up to all the time.  New to NYC, I would love this.
