RAT upcoming reading in Austin

RATs,

this is the press release I've been sending to my
buds in Austin.  I hope any Austin area RATs will
make it out to this piece-- it has a great
history connected to many of us.


Hey gang,

I wanted to say hi to everyone and pass along an
invitation to our upcoming staged reading.  This
project has special significance, as we're
re-visiting the wonderful and unique new play
which was our first workshop production,
originally produced in Dallas (along with
additional theatre companies in NYC, Denver,
Providence, Chicago, Minneapolis, Seattle and Los
Angeles) on June 5th, 2000.

The piece, STATIONS OF DESIRE: SAINTS, SINNERS,
AND IN-BETWEEN is conceived and edited by Caridad
Svich who collaborated with 11 other playwrights
(including Austin's Ruth Margraff) for a period
of 6 months through email correspondance.  The
result is a hauntingly beautiful play as unique
in content as it is in design.  Please join us as
we journey through a wonderfully creative
in-between world whose memorable inhabitants
struggle with their demons.

at BookPeople, Inc. on N. Lamar and 6th Street.
