Yes.  The TCG and rat conference are going on at the same time.  So the 
overlap between the two was the plan. The overlap on Saturday only seems 
significant because that is the one time rat is invited to TCG doings other 
than the 9pm nightly open mike.  But TCG is invited to the whole of the rat 
conference.  So that particular overlap is really not that big of deal.

Strange word "attendee"  Not really synonymous with "participant".
