RAT BCT for NYC

A year or two ago we were talking on the list about starting a BCT
listserve for NYC. and we did, but only 13 people joined. Theres gotta
be more than that on the list. Why do you think a BCT listserve is not
as popular in NYC. I'm sure it would be helpful if we all used it...
What is your take on it?
