Just a wee bit of clarification here.
BCT does <not> mean non-Equity.

And no theatre (BCT or otherwise) should be <about> money.
It should all be about good acting, material and direction.
You're imagining a chasm here that doesn't really exist.

Charge what you want, people.
Charge what you can.
But you'd best fucking deliver.
