Re: RAT housing

With all the rats coming from New York, I think it makes sense to have the
Ratmobile make a late night and early morning back and forth each day of
the conference.  This will open up more housing.  

But also make these daily trips reach beyond their simple transporter
function.  I was thinking of a designated driver and co-pilot up front with
the backroom being a kind of  "Drunken Boat" exchange and collection of
conference critiques and quotable quips to be published daily on the web.
