RAT Moving Arts Playreading 5/8

Hi Rats,

On Tuesday May 8 at 8:00 pm, Moving Arts will present a reading of THE
DEAL, a play by L.A. playwright Ron Burch, directed by Trey Nichols and
featuring Sally Ben-Tal, Tony DeCarlo, Brad Henson, Brian Newkirk, and
Heather Salmon.

THE DEAL is a sharp, fast-paced comedy that takes us into the heart of
darkest corporate America where the deadline is always yesterday, and five
aspiring deal-brokers live by the philosophy:  know your prey - pray they
don't know you.

Ron Burch's plays have been produced by the Adirondack Theatre Festival,
the Institute at the American Repertory Theatre, Theatre Studio, Expanded
Arts, Synchronicity Theatre Group, and other companies.  His short stories
have been published, or are forthcoming, in The Mississippi Review,
Brooklyn Review, PRISM International (Canada), and others.
 
The reading will be held at Moving Arts' mainstage at the Los Angeles
Theatre Center, 514 South Spring St. in downtown Los Angeles.  There is
ample parking in the gated lot at 6th and Main, just behind the theatre.

Admission is free.  A discussion will follow the reading.  No reservations
necessary.
