Queries:

     For the ritual workshop, say Saturday 7-10 PM and let Alfred determine
content? In general - make space, match artists, according to some themes
(trans is good), and you're done? If Alfred's looking to collaborate with
people outside Philly in conducting the session, you help hook him up -
providing contact info? With the understanding that if the contacts don't
come through, the workshop will work anyway? More careful preplanning of
content is another way to go; more labor intensive; the extra labor may not
be necessary, though could be I'm lazy.
