RAT Call for performers, etc.

Hi,

I am in the midst of trying to get a couple of performance projects off the 
ground, and I would love to know if there are any RATS living in MI, 
particularly in the middle of the state. ( I live in Mt. Pleasant, one hour 
north of Lansing.) I am looking for interested performers and/or also for 
people who have gone the route already of getting a non-mainstream project 
off the ground in this area. I would like to ask some questions about
