Kudos to A.S.K Theatre Projects, who brought  Karen's play to the attention of many of us here in Los Angeles, by including it in their reading series and then making it a play that was on a list of plays to choose from for their new partnership program with LA County Arts Commission at [Inside] The Ford Theatre (across from The Hollywood Bowl) (Theatre of NOTE is producing the play independent of that series AND ON THEIR OWN WHICH IS KUDOS TO THEM)
A bunch of theatre makers in LA were introduced to many new plays this way and again, it demonstrates the incredible resource that ASK is to the thriving LA theatre community.
Circle X Theatre Co. also did Karen's "The Veil Plays" earlier this year in LA.

RAT was born in 1994 as a consortium of theatre's that shared playwright information and their work. Co-production and Collaboration, and playwright info. sharing was one of the main goals. This has not changed, although there is less talk about new playwrights and their work. How about sharing two playwrights that your theatre likes that we may not know...
