RAT surf and ye shall find

All,

  One of the  reasons  that I continue to stay in RAT is because,to 
me,  it represent a successfully  organized and evolving anarchist 
group, what Hakim Bey might refer to as a Temporary Autonomous Zone.
 
  I've butted heads with many of you  about the hot-button word 
"Anarchism", and today , in my surfing, I found a wonderful article 
that references Seattle and  Philadelphia.

  As the political debate grows on this list, I felt that some of you 
might want to check it out.
