Just out of curiosity, is your emphasis to imply that's a lot of time, or 
not enough?  I worked on an original cabaret a couple years ago here in 
Dallas which consisted of 32 original pieces(most 2-5 minutes, a few 5-10 
minutes) and in my experience, yeah, at least 8-12 hours work!  Tiny shows 
are very challenging, particularly since you're creating an entire 
theatrical world that lives and breathes within a tightly constrained 
timeframe.

Pleease respond! I'm desperate for attention!
