I just see it as blowing off a little steam among friends.  It's not like there are too many repubs on here that will be offended.  I don't take those statements too seriously, nor do I disapprove of them.  A little hyperbole gets the blood going once in a while.

Speaking of spouting rhetoric, these references to shooting politicians, or
to them being "corpse-fuckers" are "cute", as in "childish".  I'm not
necessarily sold on the agendas of either the Republican or Democratic
parties, so this kind of hyperbole really casts a shadow of dismissability
over anything else you say.  It's fine if you're preaching to the choir and
you want a few laughs, but you didn't win me over.
