RATS do Brasil

Hi to all,
I'm wondering about the possibilities of having a mini RAT conference in 
Brazil next month.  Are any other RATS going to this conference (the 
Institute for Hemispheric Studies)?  As Luck threw a gold coin in my path 
(not a Susy B but a Sacajawea whose likeness is no doubt of Freemason design 
since she was never painted during her lifetime), I find I'm going to be 
there for 5 days with Tamara (scholar & gentlewoman) & Eliana (maverick 
avant-garde performance artist & practicing infant of ten months of age).

(How does the saying go?  if there's 2 rats in a room, it's a rat 
conference?  Also, how do you say RAT in Portuguese?)
