Re: RAT Accidental Death--Songs of Anarchy?
Hi Mary Ann,
Talk about serendipity, irony, and paranoia inducement! The following from
someone
with your same last name arrived right before your post to RAT.
It was wonderful meeting you, also Agnes, tell her Hi. My body and soul are
still processing our wonderful RATty time in Iowa. But this small report to
share with
the faithful. I knocked on the door of the boy next door, about whose late
night
bass my husband is wont to complain and asked if he would like to play around
with a tune for the lyrics I wrote on the way back in response to Agnes'
imperative
to me in response to Pat's: "Try to make a new song." I think Pat's quote
was
better than that. The conversation with him (boy next door, with whom I had
exchanged bare pleasantries) was such as to incline one to believe in G O D
(irony and serendipity without the paranoia)if one were so inclined. I loved
the Dionysian priest's contribution about Bio and Zoe, which I hope to
revisit also. More later.
Love and cup flowing over gratitude to Eric and Graffiti Theatre of Iowa City.

Hello to all!
Just wanted to share an interesting conceit from Fidel Castro.
"Using armored vehicles, tear gas -- which even made the delegations
staying in hotels queasy -- and, on top of that, pepper gas. Brutal methods,
dragging people through the streets. Six hundred arrested. What would happen
if such behavior took place in Cuba? What would they say if they saw an army,
the National Guard, occupying the city? Tons of masked men with horrifying
outfits to scare people, thousands of police in all directions, men being
dragged, horses and other animals to attack people? They would say that it
was a flagrant and massive violation of human rights and that, therefore,
they had to use the NATO formula to conduct a 'humanitarian' intervention."
