Just a comment in service of accuracy.  To my knowledge, TCG has never had
a requirement that Constituent Members have a relationship with Actors
Equity.  Our theatre, The Independent Eye, has been a member for 20+ years
and is non-Equity.  Other non-Equity long-time members include Bloomsburg
Theatre Ensemble, Touchstone Theatre, Theatre X, and I'm sure many others.

I concur that Ben is making some remarkable and valuable changes in TCG.
