Wally,
Don't get too keyed up about this plan.  While it may seem like the perfect 
way for us smaller theatre's (outside of LA) to work with Equity actors, the 
feedback that I have gotten when trying to enact/negotiate it for a young 
company in DC was essentially, "we're sorry we ever let LA do it, so don't 
even think about it."

Can anyone tell me, I think maybe Mitchell was involved on the Board of 
Theatre LA at the time, how it did get negotiated with AEA?  Did it take a 
banding together, threats, hunger strikes, what?
