Young Audiences has several chapters around the country.  Each chapter is 
different.  The Dallas chapter does quite a bit of work with at risk 
populations.  While she's in New York, she could get in touch with the Young 
Audiences national office at (212) 289-1202.  They also should have lines on 
funding for this sort of work.
