RAT THE SUPERBOWL?
Really? This list was created so that you could talk about the Superbowl
and update John sylvane about a bunch of people we've never heard of?
Why not just e-mail him off list next time?
PLEASE PEOPLE. Talk about IOWA or something. Talk about what you want to
do-- talk about how you're going to change theater-- talk about how you're
going to fight to maintain the status quo in theater-- talk about anything
but the fucking superbowl.
I don't hate American football. I don't hate athletes. But if I want to
talk about it I'll e-mail off list so I won't bore the pants off everyone.
Why don't we talk about the Golden globes next?
Thenw e can talk about fashion week in New York.
Then we can talk about really "hot" writers in Hollywood.
Then we can talk about really cool tv shows.
Then we can talk about what we want to buy at the GAP.
Then we can talk about Pokeman. Or teletubbies.
Or we can just go to e online.
Everyone else in the United States is probably talking about the superbowl (
I wouldn't know, I live in the UK).
Why don't we talk about revolution.
Or what everyone wants from IOWA.
I live in England and cost is prohibitive. I won't be able to go--but maybe
it will spark a more substantial dialouge.
I've never been to a conference so I don't really know.
Maybe I expect too much.
