RAT Rat Talk

There may need to be two Ratlists:
----	One to talk shop -- contemporary theatre, criticism, political
theatre, playwrights, productions, etc.
----	One to chat -- telling old friends you want to have their baby,
cute messages in bad accents, etc.

Or do the chat people think they could stay off-list with their personal
conversations and let this list be a forum of ideas and observations?

I have few colleagues with whom to talk about the art and the craft of
theatre.  I came to the Ratlist for good conversation around the fire.

I loved hearing Lyle Smity and Conrad Bishop talk about architype, I
appreciated Nomadmona on O'Neill, Adam and MMA on the Sassies...
Can't we try to do more of this real talk?

Am I asking too much?  Is there another e-mail list where I could get it?
Could this list be a community of people who care passionately about
theatre and have a need to discuss it?
