I have to agree with both Bobby and Jonoh on this one (nicely put, BTW
John)...and I honestly have to plead guilty to being on both sides of that
fence. Since this is a PUBLIC forum, one should expect that  1) the
intention to PARTICIPATE PUBLICLY is implicit 2)there WILL be people who
disagree 3) that to disagree is acceptable but everyone has a valid voice.
If you feel the need to flame someone or reply off-list, then maybe this
isn't the forum for you. Likewise, I happen to be of the very humble opinion
that 'lurkers' (poeple who sit back and watch without contributing ought to
be deeply embarrassed- I view that to be an act of vouyerism bordering on
the criminal. And frankly, it's just as bad to 'participate' by doing
nothing but mocking other people's ideas and picking fights..(You know who
you are...)

Yes, by all means- let's talk about the WORK, let's be passionate and
bombastic and radicl and vital...and lets be RATS
