RAT Seattle -- good cheap(?) livin'
Hi y'all --
Wes Middleton here in Seattle with some possibly rat-relevant info:
1) Good (relatively) cheap living space: 2 apartments are opening up in my
building, a funky old converted house at 213 27th Ave S., in the CD at
27th and Washington (between Yesler & Jackson). They're quiet &
pretty spacious, good for artists/writers, & I would love for some
smart fun ratty folk to inhabit them.
One is a first-floor 1-bedroom with 2 cool porches for $495; one is a
second-floor 2-bedroom with nice new carpet, a good view, and its very own
fire escape balcony, for $650. The ceilings are high; the street is
quiet; the wall colors are pretty ugly, but that's easy to change. Pets
are allowed. If you're interested, call my landlady, Eleni Negash, at
home, (206) 523-7712, or on her cell, (206) 954-9881, and tell her I
sentcha. Pass on the info to your good-neighbor friends as well. Thanks!
